Salt of the Earth 2022, also known as Seek & Save Solutions, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2022 by Wytricia Mack, an ordained minister and certified bail bond recovery agent. Through her work in the bail bonding industry, she witnessed firsthand how mental health challenges, substance use disorder, unstable housing, and limited access to support can affect individuals and families.

Based in Great Falls and serving Chester County and surrounding communities, Salt of the Earth 2022 connects people with practical support, recovery resources, education, advocacy, and referrals. We work to reduce barriers, strengthen families, and support individuals seeking stability and long-term wellness.

Our approach is grounded in compassion, dignity, accountability, and hope. We believe people deserve to be met where they are and supported as they move toward healthier, more self-sufficient lives.
